If you would like to return your item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request a return form. All new, completely unused, full-priced item(s) may be returned to MR Label within 30 days of your shipping receipt. We will only refund bag returns if the hang tag is still on the item(s). Chains must be returns in the bags in which they arrived. We will issue full refunds on all non-sale item(s). All sale items are non-refundable. At this time we are not accepting exchange or store credit requests, but feel free to accept your full refund and order a preferred item. Please print out the return form, fill it out completely and mail it with your return item(s). While we issue full refunds on approved return item(s), we do not refund for original shipping costs and expect customers to pay for return shipping. It is recommended you use the same shipping carrier for returns as the delivery if you are using the same box. However, if you are using a new box for your return, feel free to use whatever shipping carrier is most convenient.
Custom embroidered bags cannot be refunded.
Once our team has approved the return in person, your refund will be credited directly back to your original form of payment. Your refund will be process within a week of when your return is received.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email email@example.com explaining and please attach photos of the defect. This must be done within a week of your delivery receipt.
Items not following these guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
We are able to make information and shipping address changes to your order after order placement. Should you decide to make these changes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we are no longer able to adjust your information or shipping address. Similarly, you may cancel your order before shipment. However, once the item(s) have shipped, cancellation is no longer available. If this is the case, try returning the item(s) once they have arrived, or keep them and have fun accessory options!
If an order is refused at delivery, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or tax and duties incurred. We strongly urge you to carefully review your order before placing.
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
